Weekly/Monthly schedules

I am trying to send these kind of schedules to the members of our Whatsapp group
every time it changes, which can be monthly, twice a week or .  .  .
So everybody knows how many players there will be on a specific day.
And, because Yolanda & me are setting up the tables every week,
it's nice to know how many tables we have to set-up.
